clean room with comfortable beds. Very generous breakfast buffet with many options, gluten free options on request. For 15€ per person there are many choices (breads, salads, yoghurt, coffemachine, tea selection, pancake machine, eggs and bacon,..). Kind and friendly staff. The one time we wanted to take a taxi, we asked at reception and the taxi arrived in under 5 minutes. Location was 5 minutes away from a S-Bahn und U-Bahn-station/stop. Location close to the "Palladinum Theater" by taxi or public transport.

Laundry. The receptionist at the desk who took my clothes for cleaning promised next day return that didn't happen because the clothes weren't handed over on time. But his successors on duty the next night not only moved heaven and earth to try and get my clothes back same day, but when they couldn't delivered a fruit basket with an apologetic note to my room. Innocent mistake and I appreciated the way the hotel took ownership -- including the customer service rep I emailed.

Location was great for us visiting family in Vaihingen but in walking distance to train station. Booking.com booking had failed to register on the hotel system but they luckily had a family room available and honoured or original reservation. Breakfasts were fine - no gluten free options but good availability of oat or lactose free milk for my daughter. Very few tv channels were available and no English speaking but excellent wifi so my kids were able to stream some tv when we weren’t out and about.

Very nice property in a nice location. Close to REWE. The room was perfect and clean with amenities as mentioned in the booking. We were 3 adults in one room (2 senior citizens) and considering their first stay in Germany, it met all the expectations.

Rooms were a bit on the small side but comfortable. Bathroom and floors were perfectly clean but there were occasional stains on the walls; nothing too serious but it can easily be cleaned from time to time. Breakfast was rich with plenty of hot & cold selections. Very easy to reach Stuttgart city centre. Generally, a good choice to stay in.

Well located near Vaihingen Train Station. Easy connections to everywhere , University of Stuttgart , airport or city center . Nice breakfast .Very polite and friendly staff . Very clean room .

It was a very charming family hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet had a variety of choices. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect hotel for a business or family trip (2-3 days) and located nearest a train station.

This room was pretty good for the price. All the things you need of a room. Comfortable bed and minimal noise from the neighbors. I did not pay extra for the breakfast, but they had a very good german breakfast selection. Clean and put together like you would want.

Nice clean room with comfy bed and nice bathroom to stay in while we visited Stuttgart. Loved the coffee bar that also had hot cocoa. Close to a REWE market to grab food/snacks. the Sbahn 1 took us everywhere we wanted to go...

breakfast was sufficient , on choice, thou sometime ran out, and did not have cater for the large numbers room small and warm, but quiet. hotel generally clean but reception /bar area was understaffed on busy nights
